To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Fees

We offer customers the convenience of making payments in various currencies supported by our payment processor (Stripe). In such cases, the applicable fees will be displayed to the customer in their local currency at the point of payment. All risks and costs associated with currency conversion, including any bank or transaction fees, shall be borne by the customer.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable fees.

7.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SANDAN.AI, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless sandan.ai and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim against sandan.ai, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.

13.2 Arbitration

If we can't resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sandan.ai regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and sandan.ai relating to your use of the Service.
